Using AI to Build Websites for Local Businesses Without Online Presence

A 17-year-old in Spain reportedly earned around 1.6 million yen in a month by creating websites for local tradespeople, and a member of the speaker's community followed the same approach and secured about 1.9 million yen in contracts within a month. The method is simple: find businesses with no website or an outdated one, generate a sample site with AI, and show the finished result instead of a written proposal. This content walks through both the overseas case study and the Japanese member's actual sales practice, including what worked on the ground.

■ The Overseas Case Study
- Locating businesses that lack websites through Google Maps
- Drafting site content with ChatGPT in minutes
- Sending completed preview sites instead of proposals
- Building seven sites in a week and converting three into contracts
- Pricing structure: build fee plus monthly maintenance

■ Hands-On Sales in the Trades
- Preparing websites and flyers for various industries with AI
- Showing printed paper versions to craftsmen on job sites
- Pitching casually rather than pushing for a sale
- Real examples: a glazing facility site with booking system, SEO and video editing, and a craftsperson's site with flyer

■ Applying the Approach to Your Own Job
- Combining a full-time profession with AI rather than competing in pure web production
- Examples across hairdressing, restaurants, caregiving and trades
- Treating AI as an assistant that streamlines existing work

This is suited for people with a trade or full-time job who want a side income, and for anyone interested in using AI for practical sales work rather than just content generation. After watching, you should be able to understand the overall workflow, the pitch style that converts, and the first steps to take with your own professional network.
