Youth Mobilization in Support of High School Blockades

Speakers express solidarity with high school students who began blockades several days ago and frame the mobilization as a shared responsibility of all youth. They argue that greater numbers will make their voices heard and that the struggle is not limited to a few but is a broader youth cause. They also describe feeling disregarded and point to a disconnect between young people and elites, suggesting that the use of force against protesters signals a breakdown in democratic responsiveness.
